As our Implementation Manager, reporting to the Head of Quality Engineering you will be responsible for planning, managing, communicating and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support the go live phases of technologies product builds. A few of your responsibilities Work closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go live activities Acting with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release management function Plan and facilitate implementation activities across the SDLC Manage and communicate the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope and escalate key issues and risks where appropriate Build and maintain the Implementation Plan that is in alignment with the standards set by the Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager Build and communicate business impact and mitigation plans where appropriate for releases that cause business outages. What we are looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in Implementation Management role Extensive experience in or working with Release and Change Management roles Comprehensive background in definition of release management process and practices Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations Strong ability to exercise independent and effective judgement Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation A strategic thinker and adept team player, you thrive under pressure and excel in your role as an Implementation Manager. With a strong background in executing project strategies and integrating new systems, you effectively analyse complex situations and drive operational excellence. Your leadership fosters team collaboration towards shared goals, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Your commitment to excellence significantly contributes to organisational growth through strategic vision and meticulous execution.
