About the role Join our dynamic team as an Associate/Principal Tailings Engineer, where you'll collaborate with colleagues on tailings design studies and contribute your expertise to mine waste management. You will be a key person in our tailings business, with a focus on providing technical and commercial leadership. About you You will have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and over 10 years' geotechnical experience. You will be accustomed to interacting with clients and overseeing complex projects, while delivering creative solutions. The role will include: Being a key person in the development of our Perth tailings business. Leading teams and exploring innovation in tailings dam analysis and design. Developing high-level and detailed designs for tailings storage facilities to meet regulatory and project requirements. Preparing design specifications, scope of works and schedules for construction. Preparing reports and documentation, including design reports, interpretive geotechnical and laboratory reports, construction progress reports, audit and inspection reporting.
