We would like to hear from Grad-Junior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineers who would like to join their Sydney team. EXPERIENCE A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within the Building Services sector; Consultancy (Grad to Junior Role Available) 3-5 years experience (Intermediate Mechanical Position Available) Mechanical design of HVAC system design Exciting and Turnkey Projects Experience using CAMEL and will be confident with static calculations; heat load and air flow calculations Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Codes Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive and proactive approach to work, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships. REVIT proficiency is highly ideal. Your Role • Design of Mechanical (HVAC) Services to meet Australian Standards/Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements. • Preparation of specifications and reports. • Attendance at project site’s to perform measurements, data logging and visual observations of the services. • Attendance and participation in client meetings.
