They will provide broad technical support for project build, test and solution deployment activities for a wide range of Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide third level support for users and managed personal computing devices. Provide broad technical support for project build, test, and solution deployment activities. Monitor, tune and maintain ICT software components and perform system testing. Consult with the infrastructure team in the design, procurement and deployment of hardware and related assets Criteria Minimum of 3 years' experience in SOE migrations, projects, and implementation. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Windows Server management, projects and implementation. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM. Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, RBAC, AppLocker, Server imaging. Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript).
