About the role: Reporting to the Executive Project Director, with a direct reporting line to the Director, Technical, ICT and FM once appointed, the Senior Project Manager: Engineering will support the new Arden Hospital Campus Project infrastructure development with technical, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Facilities Management (FM) expertise. This role will also support the integration of project requirements including; engineering, cost, constructability and land planning and environment. Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge and skills Project Management Skills: Demonstrated skills in managing technical, constructability, cost and facilities management components of PPPs or other High Value High Risk projects to deliver outcomes that meet quality, cost and time specifications, This would include supporting the integration of land planning and environment factors. Process Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards to improve the probability of successful project delivery. Interpersonal Skills: Detects the underlying concerns, interests or emotions that lie behind what is being said and done; presents as genuine and sincere when dealing with others; projects and objective view of another's position; uses understanding of individuals to get the best outcomes for the person and organisation. Enjoys a vigorous and dynamic work environment. Qualifications An appropriate tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, building, engineering or equivalent experience. Technical expertise Experienced engineer in major infrastructure projects with complex enabling works and interfaces.
