Our scope of services is a mix of engineering consultancy including concept design, pre-feasibility and feasibility, design review, site investigations, techno-economic advisory services, and technical due diligence, construction management and owner's engineering services. Here's what you'll need: As a Project Engineer with a focus on Wind (on and offshore) in Jacobs Energy & Power group, you will provide consultancy and engineering services in the APAC region. Based in Brisbane, you will support multi disciplinary project teams in a technical capacity, in addition to supporting the Engineering Manager, Project Manager and clients with engineering input. We are seeking someone with a relevant tertiary qualification in either Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural or Renewable Engineering, with experience in wind projects planning and execution, interested in the opportunity to: Conduct feasibility studies for wind farms. Prepare Frontend Engineering Designs for wind farms. Conduct site visits and engage in site work for pre agreed periods as needed. Support the design review process for wind power projects, and other renewable energy generation technologies such as Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage. Coordinate design review teams and collaborate closely with site teams. Collaborate with Management and Project Managers to prepare and submit bids for projects. Engage with clients in the Energy & Power sector, attending client meetings to build and maintain valuable relationships.
