Note – You must be able to obtain a clean police check due to the nature of the work. Duties: Reporting to the Engineering Manager the primary responsibility for this role will be to work alongside internal project managers, and trades professionals to analyze and facilitate projects. Provide administrative support for materials and deliverables. Coordinate procurement of equipment and supplies. Monitor and update systems and system delivery dates. Communicate with customers and suppliers. Create quotes and estimates for the Engineering Manager, invoices, and purchase orders. What you'll need to succeed: Held a similar position for 2 years, have previous Engineering Projects administrator experience, or alternatively come from an Engineering background with excellent financial acumen. Strong communication skills and the ability to project manage are essential for this position. Strong document management, and internal and external stakeholder management experience, ERP / SAP, Invoicing experience. Maritime / Defence industry experience preferred.
