Why Your Role Matters: Under the direction of the School Manager, the Administration Support Coordinator is responsible for providing and supporting a broad range of administrative functions to ensure effective delivery of the teaching and research activities. The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a key role in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of school systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school. Responsibilities can include: Administration for academic teaching and research support. Administration of recruitment activities. Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management of office supplies, to include inventory management, logistics, and related activities. Develop and maintain detailed filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites, and other administrative systems as required. Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy providing customer service, supporting colleagues and collaborating with a team to establish and embed the school’s systems and processes. Do you have the following characteristics? Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels. Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and advanced numeracy skills. Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
