Location - Liverpool Ongoing full-time opportunity Salary ranging from $106,025 to $117,363pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation (11%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) Your role Reporting to the Registrar and Deputy Registrar you will lead and develop a team to meet statutory obligations ensuring quality client services are delivered whilst promoting ethical behaviour. What you’ll do • Manage staff and allocate resources to ensure registry standards are met and quality services are delivered to customers. • Implement procedures and training to ensure staff are informed of procedural and legislative changes. • Provide advice and report to the Executive on registry operations and contribute to the development of business improvements that enhance customer service and improve efficiency. • Manage staff performance ensuring expectations are clear and understood. What we’re looking for Candidates with experience working in a high-volume customer service environment. Proven capacity to review, develop, articulate and implement practices and procedures.
