Specializing in all aspects of Commercial sales, leasing & property management, this is a team headed up by a talented Director with a refreshing and proactive approach to the industry, that leads by example Currently seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to join a growing department, this is a role for someone with an understanding of the dynamic Eastern Suburbs market and the ability to maintain strong, long-standing relationships with loyal clients This Role Will Involve: Prospecting for new business Attending to all inquiries Building new relationships with prospective clients Undertaking inspections Negotiating leases and sale price Supporting and shadowing the Managing Directors on a day-to-day basis with the transition path to becoming a standalone agent Skills & Experience: You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial sales or leasing.
