They sell hundreds of projects every year & they are looking for a new addition to their tightly-knit team You will be managing all clientele who have bought through the projects division, servicing hundreds and hundreds of leads with LITTLE COMPETITION The Role: There will be NO COLD CALLING involved in this role, all listings will be referrals and will come through their existing database Mentorship by knowledgeable and experienced directors Exclusivity on the majority of their developments, reducing channel agent competition Managing the existing clientele and relationships Harvesting all warm leads and referrals Building rapport with clients and establishing relationships Ideally, the candidate will have experience with a full sales campaign from listing to selling Generous commission structure with very high earning potential Endless referrals so plenty of commission to be made Stunning office with a family-like culture Work with a VERY high-performing sales team, they are all driven and work collaboratively To be considered for the role you will have real estate or project sales experience - this is essential.
