The purpose of this role is to lead a team of professional and highly successful brokers, responsible for delivering new business growth plus: Managing a team of professional brokers Service focused professional, fostering relationships with small business owners, tradies and the trades sector. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including insurers and distribution teams.
