Thales Australia's Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) business, part of the Global Business, Unit Land and Air Systems, is providing leading edge Air Traffic Management (ATM), Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), Security and Digital Aviation solutions for the Commercial and Defence sectors The Senior Integration Engineer has demonstrated experience in defining and implementing systems integration activities across multiple platforms. This position is based at our testing facility in Tullamarine, Melbourne. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct the successful integration and the test of incremental software releases for systems and/or subsystems, in accordance with the schedule set by the Technical Leads and PM Manage and/or contribute to the setup of environments to facilitate the integration, testing and acceptance activities required by the program. Provide instruction on the setup of environments to support validation activities. Define and/or contribute to testing activities across multiple platforms (regression, interface, simulation scenarios and test tools) to support project milestones and deadlines Able to analyse System/Subsystem technical and functional issues, ensuring they are identified early, captured fully and logged according to internal processes. To collaborate with System, Subsystem and Infrastructure teams to ensure that the integration activities are in line with the design and specification Ideally you will possess:- Developing Integration procedures Proficient in troubleshooting / debugging Linux Syslog, SNMP Scripting (Python) - Networks Australian Citizenship (to be eligible for Baseline clearance) Why Thales?
