PRIMARY DETAIL Support the delivery of global and domestic student recruitment acquisition and conversion campaigns and activities. Hybrid working arrangements. From $80,753 to $91,815 per annum (HEW Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. Full-time, continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde. THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced administrator to join Future Students in a newly created role to support the delivery of global and domestic student recruitment acquisition and conversion campaigns and activities. Reporting to the Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion, you will: Provide support to the team to implement and deliver integrated student recruitment campaigns, events, activities, and projects. Undertake administrative requirements for student recruitment campaigns, events and activities, ensuring compliance with the relevant University's guidelines, policies and procedures. Assist in the coordination and delivery of prospective student conversion campaigns in collaboration with the wider Global and Domestic Student Recruitment team and Students Shared Services. Support the delivery of online conversion events relating to the University's student recruitment activities. Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and providers/suppliers. Collate and prepare data and initial analysis, as well as draft reports and presentations. Contribute to the development of insights to support the Acquisition and Conversion Sales Support team to develop effective sales support resources. About You Being tech-savvy, possessing robust organisational skills, creative flair, and a background in sales will be essential in supporting the Acquisition and Conversion team with the delivery of student acquisition and conversion campaigns, events and related activities. You must exhibit a keen attention to detail and feel at ease working with data. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative to draft and develop communications for acquisition and conversion, including post-campaign reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders. Ability to collate data and generate insights, as well as drafting reports and presentations. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders. Desirable Understanding the Australian and/or global higher education environment. Experience in assisting the development and implementation of student recruitment campaigns.
