The key duties of the position include The Role International Policy Division (IPDIV) is seeking administrative professionals to support our mission. IPDIV would welcome applications from highly motivated individuals to fill executive assistant and branch administration roles in support of crucial business requirements across the Division. These executive assistant and branch administration roles are responsible for a range of key business needs in their Branch. While the roles are varied depending on the particular requirements of each Branch, you could expect to take on a broad range of tasks: Providing executive support to the Branch Head, coordinating the flow of tasks and information across the Branch, ensuring sound Branch records and information management, controlling Branch finances, maintaining workforce structures, handling Branch human resource requisitions, administering Branch security requirements, and implementing sound corporate governance. The right candidate for these roles will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where they can work independently to help deliver key national security objectives. To be successful in these roles you are outcome-focused with a high level of attention to detail and be able to engage constructively and provide assistance to a range of critical stakeholders; including Senior Executives. Demonstrated experience with managing competing priorities and exceptional time management skills are a must.
