The Opportunity Based out of the St Mary’s site, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager where you will Implement and upgrade manufacturing processes and equipment to improve the safety, quality, and productivity at Corinthian Doors. As a key collaborator, you will support the maintenance and production departments focusing on identifying and improving equipment reliability and process control. Key Responsibilities Undertake reliability analysis activities and projects to ensure the long-term reliability of equipment and control systems and perform redesign/design modification to improve reliability performance. Undertake and drive continuous improvement of capital and non-capital projects on machinery to increase throughput and efficiency of equipment. Provide and assist with training and development of maintenance and operational personnel. Liaise with suppliers, clients, consultants, or commissioning engineers concerning project design, installation, construction and commissioning. Project management including capital writing, procurement, scheduling, FAT, implementation, commissioning, testing and handover to production.
