About the Role The Future Student Enquiries Administrator is the vital first contact point for future students considering their studying options. In this role, you will primarily resolve a variety of future student questions and issues in the broad fields of recruitment and sales, relationship management, study opportunities and enrolment assistance.Additionally, you will participate in recruitment events, deliver one to one course counselling sessions, and work with customers to achieve their career and educational goals. You will be able to handle a high volume of enquiries and carry out follow up activities within a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to campaign deadlines. To be successful for this role, we are seeking an outgoing, friendly and customer focused individual with a passion for working with students to help achieve their career goals.About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client/customer service within a Contact Centre environment, including demonstrable knowledge of customer service principles and practices, a commitment to the provision of high-quality service to a range of clients and to continuous improvement in service delivery. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, display sound judgement, and to use initiative. Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively to people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. High-level ability and skills in the use of software packages including word processing and spreadsheets. Qualifications Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
