This role will lead the ANZ Applied Sales Team to ensure our long and short term business objectives are met within the HVAC applied space. The role will involve: Develop, adjust, and implement growth strategies and tactics across all allocated areas of responsibility. Including internal on-shore and off-shore engagements / initiatives, including any APAC led initiatives. Accountable for the secured growth and margin plan deliverables across all allocated areas of responsibility, including the structure and the processes required to ensure success. Develop and lead the Account Management framework, and associated teams across the assigned divisions. Lead teams of up to 10 and own the integration of externally facing Sales functions. Drive a Say/Do discipline of accountability and delivering on commitments. Meet with key clients to assist sales representatives with building and enhancing relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Direct a high-performance culture by providing direct and thought leadership for our sales teams, whilst managing performance in a manner that recognises and rewards employees to deliver and realise their potential. What we are looking for: Relevant Tertiary qualifications 5 years of Field Sales Management of a team (team size >10) 8 years of frontline selling experience Experience within the commercial sector and preferably a general understanding of the construction and HVAC space.
