We are now looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a newly created team of Asset Finance sales consultants. Key Accountabilities Fostering a high-performing team culture by leading from the front Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team, inspiring them to achieve successful outcomes for every client. Daily conversations with our lender partners to enhance lender relations. Ensuring clear compliance and call quality frameworks are in place and adhered to at the highest level, whilst constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall customer experience. Developing workforce planning strategies and initiatives, including learning and development initiatives. Providing daily customer insights and reporting to the Head of Sales on team performance to ensure company objectives are met or exceeded. Acting as an ambassador of Valiant's three core values: Be Customer Champions Get % Done Thrive in the Pride Requirements Experience in sales either as a team leader or 2IC Experience in commercial lending and Asset Finance is desirable Passion for staff development and engagement Experience with Cloud SAAS systems, such as CRMs, dialler systems or call recordings are essential Excellent organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.
