Apply now About the team: Demand Management is responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on leads within their assigned space. Nurture and develop the opportunities through the digital tools available once they have moved into the sales cycle, transition them to the appropriate Sales teams. Drive digital and high quality engagement with potential customers delivering superior customer experience. What you’ll do: Position title: SAP Intern - Sales Development CX Location: Sydney, Australia Expected start date: ASAP for 12 months Working Days Commitment: preferably can work 3 days per week In this role, you what you will do is: OUTBOUND: The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in each segment for Software License and Services by generating new pipeline through: Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, and email Support Marketing campaigns pre-event (e.g. participant invitations), and post-event (e.g. Follow up and warm lead qualification) Driving awareness of SAP Customer Experience (CX) on various social media platforms (e.g. Linkedin) Researching and identifying CX relevant prospects Helping build pipeline through engagement, qualification and appointment setting of relevant prospects within target segment For leads identified through campaigns they will be qualified according to the BANTS methodology, and handed over to Sales Development Executive (SDE) or Midmarket Sales Executive (MSE) using standard global process. Digital Demand Planning and Support Help build digital demand generation program together with Sales Development Executive to increase SAP CX presence in the market Publish CX content thru digital channels to drive brand awareness (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) Identify and find target contacts and establish initial contact with them through various social tools Campaign Execution & Lead Management Assist in planning call and e-mail activities to generate Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Sales Generate and Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) as agreed with Sales Pass qualified leads to Sales for sales stage execution and progression Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaigns using standard procedures and reports Data entry in the IC Web Client/ CRM system / Outreach Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly, work together with manager/expert as necessary Training & Enablement Participate in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-lead activities Who you are: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
