Your Organisation This large and well renowned Not-For-Profit organisation seeks a Purchasing/Supply Chain Administrator with Accounts Payable experience to join their team on a temporary basis. Based in brand new offices in Newstead and working as part of a medium sized team, they are seeking some assistance to catch up on a large back log of work. With their core values at the forefront of everything they do from patient care to taking care of their employees, they have a lovely working environment and a diverse culture Your Role Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, your role will involve: Data entry to support the purchasing teams; Ensuring accurate receipt of goods and following up discrepancies promptly and efficiently; Expediting outstanding purchase orders and communicating these to stakeholders in an appropriate timeframe; Providing high levels of customer service to both internal and external key stakeholders; Additional ad hoc projects to support the Supply Chain Operations Manager; Managing enquiries via email and phone; General administration; Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your Profile You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with experience in stakeholder management. You will be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude. Data-focused with strong attention to detail, the successful candidate will bring experience working in a high volume processing environment. Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential and previous experience using MS Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded.
