Role details The Theatre Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Administration Officer (Theatre Reception) to join their team on temporary basis. Your opportunity The Theatre Receptionist provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Mackay Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies. The Theatre Receptionist responds to enquiries and provides information and assistance to staff, patients and visitors to facilitate effective service delivery within a hospital setting. Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff.
