We are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Support Officer to join our clients growing team Our client is a global leader in precision measurement and weighing equipment for industrial and scientific purposes. The successful candidate will provide a high level of value, through sales support and project and office admin support. You will also be working closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies to support customer needs. Benefits: Join a global leader in a permanent opportunity On-the-job training and excellent career progression opportunities Work with high technology products Duties will include (but not limited to): • Provide a high level of internal support to field sales representatives including – Collating and preparing technical documentation, relating and generating leads • Creation of quotes and revised quotes for clients as well as manage client enquiries • Management of order entries and working closely with internal teams to administer contracts • Engage with engineers and project office teams in relation to system capabilities, limitations and specifications • General admin activities including – maintaining quote resources, templates and forms • Aid the field sales team by qualifying high potential customers and providing creative technical solutions The Successful Candidate will ideally possess: • Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline – Mechatronics, civil, mechanical or electrical is ideal • Excellent customer service skills • Willingness to learn and professionally develop their skill-set • Ability to work in a team or autonomously as flexible working is available • Availability to work on-site If you think this could be the job for you, please apply now Or, if you have any questions and want to find out more about the role, please contact Amy on 0411 381 477.
