DFP are partnering with a Federal Government client who is continuing to grow and moving into the 1st phase of their transformation, they are looking to introduce into their Melbourne team an AdaptiveWork/Clarizen Administrator.Understanding that It’s quite niche in the Australian market as its predominantly a US product. You don’t necessarily need to have the AdaptiveWork/Clarizen experience as it can be taught and there are free online videos.This is a long-term contract opportunity, starting as an initial 1-year contract with the possibility of further extensions as you will be the main support administrator for the PMO Software.This has an open daily rate based on your previous and current experience.This position can be based in either Richmond or Geelong.The Role:· Provide hands on AdaptiveWork/Clarizen services and administrative supports to the Platforms Digital Scheme branch& across the other business units.· Be the first point of contact for AdaptiveWork/Clarizen and support the resolution of users’ issues.· Manage and resolve issue tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of service.· Manage AdaptiveWork/Clarizen access & licenses: add and remove users, create users' profile and groups.· Assist project managers and directors with utilising AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for their schedule, risks and issues, reports, resource allocation.· Construct dashboards with accurate reports & perform regular maintenance.· Perform configuration tasks to uplift tool performance and its development to match the organisations requirements.· Comply to security measures and standards relevant to AdaptiveWork/Clarizen administration, to ensure data integrity.· Uplift users' skills & contribute to the creation of training materials & training sessions.· Provide industry best practice recommendations on how to uplift future use of AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for the company.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AdaptiveWork/Clarizen with other systems & tools as seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.· Committee to ongoing learning and professional development of AdaptiveWork/Clarizen to stay abreast of advancements and improvements.As this role is with a Federal Government organisation, you must be an Australian Citizen.AdaptiveWork/Clarizen is still quite a niche product in Australia, therefore candidates that have previously worked extensively with PMO Software will also be considered, for example: Quire, Basecamp, Focalboard, Microsoft Project and Any.do.To be considered for this fantastic & long-term contract opportunity, please send your resume in WORD Format, clicking on the "APPLY NOW" button or for a confidential phone chat, please call Katrina Thorburn at DFP Recruitment on 0407 862 279.DFP welcomes applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people with disability.
