(pro rata) - ASO2 Ongoing Part/Full Time and Temporary Part/Full Time (up to April 2025) available Overview We are looking for an Administration Officer to provide an appropriate high quality confidential, customer focused administrative service to clients, staff and visitors to the Emergency Department. Contributing positively as a team member, the Administration Officer will be communicating with a wide range of clients, members of the community, health service staff and staff from other agencies and drawing upon experience providing administrative and clerical support services, without supervision, often needing to take initiative and/or use own judgement to ensure all tasks are completed, meeting deadlines often under pressure, resolving and reporting problems of relevant issues, when needed, adhering to instructions, established practices, procedures and guidelines.
