About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Paradise Dam project team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support services. This is a permanent fulltime role, Monday to Friday with ongoing career opportunities, based in Fortitude Valley Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Complete general administration duties. Assisting with booking travel and accommodation when required. Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence and presentations. Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System. Preparation of date for End of Month requirements. Requirements for this role: Relevant experience in a similar administration role, preferably within the construction industry Advanced experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel skills are desirable. Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines. The ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively. Demonstrated ability dealing with sensitive and confidential issues. Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills.
