ABOUT THE ROLE Student Administration at the University of Notre Dame provides expertise, service and operational support across a broad range of student administration, student service and key regulatory, policy and compliance functions that support the academic decisions of the Faculties, Schools and other relevant departments at the University. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader Student Administration, this position will respond to enquiries from students in person, over the phone and via email. This position will also issue Student ID cards and assist with processing enrolment related applications including but not limited to Leave of Absence applications, Withdrawal applications, updates to personal details. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Student Administration office.Process student requests, including (but not limited to): enrolments, change of grade, Leave of Absence, AWOL and File Closed, appointment of agent, examination results and Academic Standing matters ensuring student records are up to date and accurately maintainedProvide support for a wide range of student services as required, particularly during peak periods according to where demand is greatest across Student Administration including student tuition and other payments, enrolment support and other areas.Act as a key contact to students over the phone, via email and in person with enquiries related to Student Administration,Ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient customer service standards are always achieved.Provide support to the Examinations and Graduations teams in the production of required examination documentation, quality assurance and other related tasks as needed.
