As a Service Technician with Med-X, our clients vary widely as do our routes from week to week. Our role is a great opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic person who is happy to work unsupervised with an interest in a diverse range of tasks such as driving, hygiene servicing and customer service. Key responsibilities: • Driving in the Orange Metro and overnight runs in regional surrounding areas • Servicing and maintaining washroom products in both male and female bathrooms • Refilling soap, air fresheners, and sanitiser products • Carrying out assigned hygiene and cleaning work to the highest of standards • Operating servicing and cleaning tools • Loading and unloading of your vehicle • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure your vehicle is maintained, safe and clean • Complete all service paperwork • Weighing and recording your vehicle's load weights • Remain compliant with all policies and procedures including WHS Key requirements: • 1 years driving experience • Manual Driver License advantagous • Hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record • Strong Customer Focus • Is smart phone savvy • Ability to work independently, within a close-knit team environment • Willing to work in both metro and regional area • Willing start at varied and sometimes early times • Safe manual handling skills • Hard-working, punctual, and reliable • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction • Be aligned with our values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable and Service What's in it for You? • Competitive Market Rates • $100 allowance per day for overnight runs • Birthday Vouchers and Celebrations • Learning and development opportunities • Great benefits including employee shopping discounts • Employee reward and recognition program • Company Uniform • Employee Assistance Program • On-Site Parking Shortlisted applicants will be required to: • Be eligible to legally live and work in Australia • Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment relative to their position • Appropriate immunisation requirements, including COVID 19 vaccinations.
