The Role Based in any of our locations across Australia the Payroll Systems Administrator will play an important role in managing and providing efficient results in payroll implementation, optimisation, integration with our systems and providing support, training, and analysis to our stakeholders. This role is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. In this role you would be responsible for; System upgrades from UAT to production ensuring team and relevant stakeholders are across relevant updates. Ongoing data health checks ensuring robust governance and compliance is maintained. Provide system solutions with new business acquisitions and organisational structure changes. Analyse data and information to identify themes, issues, opportunities and make recommendations about payroll systems. What you will bring; The successful candidate will have experience in iChris payroll system, while experience in Deputy Time and Attendance system is desirable. While also having the ability to interpret multiple awards and being a payroll SME with a depth of understanding of payroll processes and systems configurations. This role will also require a high level of critical thinking and problem solving skills alongside the ability to work with stakeholders on all levels.
