Then come and join us as a Collaborations Project Administrator within the Siemens Healthineers ANZ Scientific Team on a part time basis working 2.5 days per week. You will be based in Brisbane and will be responsible for assisting and supporting collaboration and research activities across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for the management and documentation of our research projects, and for liaising with the collaboration team to streamline our activities with customers. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work within Siemens Healthineers - as the industry leader for advancing imaging technology - and interact with our collaborators basic scientists, clinical researchers who together are pioneering advances in healthcare. Reporting to the Head of Collaborations and Research for ANZ, this position will require exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage the collaboration documentation process with internal and external stakeholders. A Collaborations Support Administrator must have strong time management skills to help ensure all research projects milestones are met and stay on track. This position will also involve supporting the ANZ Scientific team other collaboration activities including workshop/conference organization and market research assessing the impact of our collaboration activities. Your tasks and responsibilities: Working closely with our ANZ Scientific Team and Collaboration Managers this role will be responsible for the streamlining and documentation process for contracts and feedback. The job will include: Managing contract related work for collaboration activities related to the research institutions in ANZ Oversee and take responsibility for coordinating collaboration project timelines across our local network and work with the Scientific team to ensure collaboration project progress as scheduled Support the scientific teams marketing and event activities e.g. speaker agreement contracts and event organisation. Ensure adherence to the Collaboration process in ANZ by actively supporting the Head of Collaborations guide the collaboration manager through the Directive and helping the manager to document the process Support the Scientific team 'market research' activities for HQ e.g. collating publication outputs of key partners, success of our partners Your qualifications, experience & attributes: You will have a strong background in administration support. Experience in contract management is desirable. An interest Medical Imaging & Research and experience with international and intercultural environment. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and collaborate with different teams and research groups in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven independent learner; and, you will have efficient skills in project and documentation management.
