Focused on creating a culture and workplace where staff can perform at their best to provide high quality client outcomes.The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team’s function. This position is responsible for helping facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and retains top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedbackAssist with the coordination of candidate assessments and pre-employment screenings, ensuring that all necessary requirements are fulfilled.Support Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks and special projects as neededServe as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries and follow-ups.About you:We are looking for someone who not only brings exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail but also embodies a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
