Mentoring juniors, managing projects from start to finish and being responsible to growing the civil team to deliver on projects will be the cornerstone of a successful candidate. In addition to this, you will provide your expertise and experience where needed and be involved in the development and management of the consultancy. DUTIES. Liaise with clients, relevant team members and stakeholders Site inspections Manage projects and the team to ensure project timelines are met Deliver civil engineering designs and calculations Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers Engage in business development SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Proven local experience working on high rise residential projects Proficient with Music, Drains and Hec-Ras Bachelor Degree within Civil Engineering Excellent verbal and written communication Proven ability to manage a team for project delivery High level of business development acumen (Desirable) CULTURE.
