As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget. The ROLE: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process. Gain in-depth knowledge about our extensive inventory of used cars, understanding their features, specifications, and benefits, to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions. Employ a consultative approach to sales, actively listening to customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles that align with their requirements. Guide customers through the negotiation process, offering competitive pricing and financing options, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory sales experience. Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
