Port Melbourne $34 p/hr Super About the Company We are partnering with a world-renowed vendor and system integrator who deliver large scale projects in rolling stock, turnkey systems and automation, globally. About the Role As a Sales Support team member, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team to ensure the effective administration of proposals and sales orders. Key Responsibilities Sales order processing including modifications, invoicing, cancellations, and returns Assist in preparing quotations and proposals Communicate with customers via telephone and email Customer reporting, expediting and order tracking Liaising with internal stakeholders in technical departments to ensure timelines are on track About You 3 years' experience using SAP for order processing Strong organisation and time management skills You enjoy a fast paced, high volume environment Job Type: Full-time, Contract Salary: $34 per hour Super Location: Port Melbourne, VIC Interviewing now Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates with the appropriate approval to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
