A Day in the Life As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll undergo extensive product and sales training, gaining invaluable experience in promoting a diverse array of highly innovative products within the Diabetes sector. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining, developing, and expanding your customer base by reaching out to existing Medtronic Patients/end users and advocating for a range of cutting-edge medical devices. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to driving new patient growth through proactive engagement with New Patient Leads. Located at Medtronic's Head Office in Macquarie Park, Sydney, and offering a hybrid working arrangement, this position empowers you to steer your sales career towards an exciting and fulfilling trajectory, reporting directly to the Senior Inside Sales Supervisor Responsibilities Include - Selling Medtronic's products and ensuring the retention of end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts, while striving to meet predefined sales targets. - Proactively identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for the business, both internally generated and external, while also facilitating the referral of internal leads to appropriate channels. - Offering valuable insights on potential new markets, as well as providing feedback on new product launches and enhancements to existing products or supplies. - Promoting and fostering educational efforts to enhance understanding and appreciation of the company's products and services. - Collaborating with field sales representatives to strategize and execute sales activities effectively, including conducting sales calls, analyzing data, identifying customer opportunities, coordinating product demonstrations, and ensuring prompt follow-up with sales representatives.
