Your opportunity As an Administration Officer, you will be part of the Office of the CEO and Spring Hill office operations. You will coordinate a range of organisational processes, provide general administrative support and maintain primary responsibility for the front desk/reception duties. Some of the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to the CEO’s officeManage and coordinate the booking and reconciliation of all staff travel requirements by the Lives Lived Well Travel PolicyPrepare documents to a high standard of accuracy and presentation including gathering and sorting the relevant informationProcess incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring confidentiality, and accurately recording all incoming correspondence and communicationCo-ordinate and arrange catering requirements and undertake errands as requestedAnswering and directing incoming calls as requiredUndertake general housekeeping of reception, kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas What you’ll bring Here’s what you’ll need: Highly desirable if you hold a Certificate II in BusinessHighly developed skills using MS suite of applications and business softwareProven capacity to provide a high standard of confidential administrative supportWell-developed communication and collaboration skillsHigh level of attention to detailProfessional presentation, client service orientation and client liaison skillsDemonstrated ability to problem solve and apply sound judgement to achieve practical outcomesEnergy and skills to organise and prioritise multiple work activities to meet deadlines and consistently deliver to a high standard Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work flexibly as part of a team.
