To support our fast national growth, we are looking for an Internal Sales & Support based in Melbourne. The Internal Sales & Support person at Restock, will work along-side an Account Manager and Business Development Manager (BDM), and ensure that the business targeted is a good fit for Restock and is sustainable, ongoing business. This role contributes to actively engaging new business and achieve the desired monthly and yearly Sales performance targets set by the Sales Manager, which include both revenue and gross profit goals. The Internal Sales & Support at Restock, plays a critical role in partnering a Business Development Manager, to proactively increase customer relationships, the product ranges they use, their revenue spend with the business and assisting the Business Development Manager grown new business. Benefits : • Above average salary Super Commission structure • A laptop • A management team providing support and open to innovative ideas to reach company growth • Working for a great team who are committed to achieving great work/life balance, as well as targets • Staff team building events • Free lunches on Fridays • Training & Development opportunities Key Role & Responsibilities : • Proactively contacting new prospects mainly by phone to arrange appointments for the BDM. • Maintaining the required level of account management with customers; to retain and grow them and recording in our CRM platform. • Ensuring product knowledge and customer workplace solutions are communicated effectively; • Ensuring allocated customers product range and spend is increased over time and is protected; • Maintaining a positive customer relationship; and • Actioning market campaigns targeted to customer to increase their awareness of the business, its products and product specials; • Coordinating any site visits to be conducted by an BDM from the External Sales Team; Experience & Skills • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably selling consumables • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment, whilst working closely together to achieve both individual and team goals. • Well developed phone skills • Well developed planning skills • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and CRM platforms About you • Self Starter, fast paced, driven to succeed. • Strong networking and relationships building skills - a people person. • Strategic thinking and proactive problem solving skills. • A driven individual with a vision for career progression.
