You will be out & about through our facilities across Padstow, Padstow Heights & Wyoming. Play a part in creating a home away from home for our wonderful residents. This is an administration role so great customer service & your keen eye for detail is a must The Role The Administration Support Officer will support the IT Support team across our three NSW sites. The role will work closely within the Team to support the department with the day-to-day administration tasks for the Team and provide support to our helpdesk collecting information to help staff with their technical issues. Aged Care Facilities NSW - Nursing Homes NSW | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) Reporting to our IT Manager, you will provide the very best customer service experience to our staff and residents. The position will be based at our Regional NSW Location in Padstow NSW Padstow Aged Care Facility - Casa Mia | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) and will involve some travel to our various NSW facilities as required. Data collection and retention. IT stock ordering and management of stock. Supporting site staff with password resets and setting up MFA on their personal devices. Support site staff with installing apps on mobile devices from App stores. Maintaining the departments Asset management system. Updating guides within our helpdesk. Connecting resident devices to our network and maintaining records. IT Inductions for new staff. You will offer: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an administrative role. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). A current driver’s licence and car is required. Having a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or apply via How to apply | NDIS ). A proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
