We are actively recruiting for Agitator Drivers to support our Gladstone Concrete operation. The focus of this role is loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites and maintaining the safe operation of agitator trucks. The nature of this role requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday. This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment within an organisation dedicated to the safety of our employees Conducting daily pre-checks on the vehicle Managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete (training provided) Delivering concrete to customer sites and partnering with clients effectively to maintain service Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences Operating our Agitator trucks in a safe manner and ensuring compliance with safety policies and relevant legislation What we are looking for: Current HR (heavy rigid) drivers licence with related experience Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations Commitment to safety and the environment Provide a professional customer focus Proven ability to work within a team environment Be self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner A clean driving history Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday and on shifts when required What's on Offer?
