Superstar Receptionist/Administration Officer needed for busy construction and plant hire company based in Cambooya. $65-70k Super. Our client, an Australian owned civil construction and plant hire company based in Cambooya, are currently seeking a full-time, Receptionist/Administration Officer to join their team. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday to Friday Salary: $65k-$70k Super Location: Cambooya The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to various departments within the company. Duties include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing company documents, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Qualifications and/or Work Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Open Class C driver's license required. Core Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across the business. Ensure adequate levels of supplies are ordered and organised. Manage incoming calls, mail, and emails. Prepare reports and file documents. Maintain document management systems. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management. Assist with event organisation. Maintain a tidy workspace and reception area. Complete Personal Development Program training as required. Drafting of employee and contractor contracts for checking prior to distribution and sign off. Accurate and timely processing of personnel paperwork and licences. Accurate and timely reminders for all staff reviews, licences and training. Excellent document control. Running inductions for new employees (onsite and offsite via links). Arranging medicals and ensuring confidentiality is maintained. Reception duties and directing enquires to the correct department. Stock control for uniforms, PPE and company consumables. WH&S Responsibilities: Uphold safety policies and procedures. Identify and report safety risks and hazards. Skills & Attributes Required: Essential: Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Good work ethic with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Current driver's license. Previous HR experience is an advantage.
