JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead and mentor a dynamic group of Outbound Consultants, driving sales to maximize lead conversions. Provided Personalized coaching and training for each Consultant to optimize their sales performance. Offer resources and provide daily support to the sales team. Design and execute training programs to address sales requirements. Regularly review and refine training policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Conduct regular sales reviews to track progress and identify areas for growth for induvial consultants and the team. Evaluate and track the skill sets and progress of consultants, offering constructive feedback. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience working as a Sales Team Leader or coach is a plus Proven sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales environment. An in depth understanding of sales processes. KPI driven, sales hungry with good work ethics. Be highly motivated and driven Approachable, talkative & engaging sales professional. Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal. Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
