About the role We have an opportunity for a Senior Administration/Receptionist reporting to the Business Manager to join our Joondalup team on a permanent full-time basis. The position will lead the administration team to provide administrative support and promote customer service within the facility, general data entry, minute taking, photocopying, typing and distribution of documents, management of telephone systems, rostering staffs and more. About you You will be driven to make a difference, and looking to join team which is making a difference every day in people’s life. In addition, you will also have: Certificate in Business Administration Demonstrated experience in rostering essential Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry (desired but not essential) Well -developed organisation skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience Solutions focused and ability to problem solve.
