Make a difference as a Sales and Service Consultant (Lifestyle and Growth). Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. Your Role We’re looking for multiple sale and service consultants to join our dynamic and engaging Lifestyle and Growth team, in West Perth. In this position you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing NRMA Insurance customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their Travel, Caravan, Boating and Motorhome needs. This role will see you work in a complex and ever-changing agile environment; handling challenging customer conversations, navigating multiple systems and complying to risk / governance procedures. Successful candidates will work in our call centre located in West Perth, with flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from home, after induction.There are 2 working week options available: Option 1: Tuesday through to Saturday Option 2: Sunday through to Thursday All options include working some public holidays. Shifts are allocated between 8:00am- 8:00pm local time, you will need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Rosters will be issued a minimum of 5 weeks in advance. The starting date for these positions will be Monday 6 May 2024 with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive, 7-week induction (fully paid). Training hours are 8am – 5pm local time Monday to Friday. At NRMA Insurance we are transitioning to a new way of working with upgraded systems and products. About You High resilience and emotional intelligence High confidence in managing multiple systems (essential)Previous experience with insurance & underwriting is advantageous but not essential Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others Be solutions focussed, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations Have a willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate Applications close 9 April 2024, unless filled prior.
