Provide admin related support to our Construction Supervisor & Manager based at our North Lakes Office Shadforth are seeking an experienced Site Administration Officer to provide admin support to the Construction Supervisor and Manager at our Northlakes Office. You will build strong relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all projects, with tasks including: General administration support, including issuing and matching purchase orders Document control Keeping project folders up to date Compliance administration support (assisting with QA) Input of data in various site registers General coordination of all site documentation (e.g. printing, copying, filing etc) This is a casual role, the hours will fall between Monday to Friday with opportunity to discuss flexible hours within those days. About you: Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar. Excellent organisational skills along with ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport Why work with Shadforth?
