Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, Port Pirie Salary $75,430 to $79,070 p.a. - Ongoing Full Time - ASO4 Overview A great leadership opportunity for an Administration Team Leader for Port Pirie Hospital and Health Service who'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of administration staff to deliver an effective and efficient Medical Records and Administrative service. In this role you will ensure accurate and prompt data collection with in-depth understanding of the SA Health guidelines and reporting requirements by ensuring patient and activity data is managed appropriately. You will be responsible for Administration team members encompassing medical records, discharge summaries, patient clerical and reception services, general administration and the day to day running of the Specialist Clinics. Eligibility Applicants will be expected to have previous or current experience in: managing, supervising and developing staff, establishing and maintaining effect administrative systems, procedures and technologies, client information and records management, dealing with difficult situations, problem solving and conflict resolution, administrative roles and working within a diverse team environment, working in Health and/or Human Services environment, working as a member of a team, and using data management systems and recording and reporting data to various audiences.
