This role will see you take the lead as the Senior Contracts Administrator on one of their $100m high rise build 2 rent projects and report directly into the Project Manager with a dotted line to the Commercial Manager. You will have the support of other CA's and administrative support. The project is located in the Valley and will be based on site. It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have: Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent 10 years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company Strong commercial acumen Exposure to projects over $50m This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well established team.
