Michael Page is currently recruiting for an Investment Operations Analyst to join a growing ASX FinTech company that is based in Melbourne's CBD. This role will require an immediate start. The role could suit someone ambitious who is recently degree qualified in finance, with 2-3 years experience or potentially someone more experienced in Investment Operations. Description The Investment Operations Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to: Administration of corporate action documents Reconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily) Assist with client queries, phone calls Liaise with other departments Processing Equity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
