The newly created department of Goodstart Thriving Teachers is a specialised component of the Teaching, Learning and Support function. The Thriving Teachers National Leads are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of professional development programs and accreditation and registration support for all teachers through their career stages with Goodstart. The aim of Thriving Teachers is to improve the progression, retention and quality of all teachers aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST). As a critical member of the Thriving Teachers Program, the role of the Thriving Teachers Operations Partner, is to support the effective operational implementation of the core functions of the Thriving Teachers Program, with a key role in leading the operationalisation of a new teacher mentoring role aimed at supporting Early Career teachers across Goodstart. The Operations Partner will ensure positive and collaborative working relationship across the team to deliver key strategies and activities in a centre-led, effective and sustainable way. Your Impact: Drive strategic implementation to advance Thriving Teachers initiatives at Goodstart Early Learning, aligning services with core principles and tailored to teacher needs Collaborate closely with program leads to evaluate strategies, analyse data, and foster cooperation across teacher programs for continuous improvement Establish and maintain operational strategy aligned with Goodstart's direction and KPIs, ensuring success measures guide operations effectively Lead implementation of operational structures for initiatives, including budgeting and evaluation, while ensuring smooth project delivery through proactive communication Collaborate with program leads to create sustainable operational plans, providing support to drive engagement and achievement Contribute to program vision realisation through internal collaboration, fostering high performance and positive relationships Cultivate strong internal relationships to ensure data relevance and promote organisational values, supporting knowledge management Manage operational aspects such as budgeting and team databases, facilitating accreditation activities and ensuring program efficiency What Goodstart can offer you: Flexible work arrangements giving you choice about when and how work will be done in order to better manage your work and non-work needs. You’ll bring to the table: Strong organisational and management skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sets of data for program administration Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving with multiple stakeholders and interpersonal communication skills Experience supporting the management of budgets and reconciliation Experience with data creation, management and working with data Experience in a coordination and administration role Skills Experience in an operational management, supporting the effective and efficient operations of a service, team or function Strong relationship, communication and collaboration skills The ability to take initiative and drive operational improvements in service efficiency and effectiveness. Extensive experience in using the Microsoft Office suite including online communication platforms. Strong attention to detail Experience in the education/ ECEC sector is desirable.
