About the Role We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager for our Specialty Care Business Unit. In this key leadership role, you’ll have overarching responsibility for a team of Specialty Account Managers that are driving the performance of our oncology and other specialty business. You’ll be responsible for the continuous development of our high-performing sales team through the creation of a strategy and aligned structured planning. You’ll: Work with your team to drive an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers Develop and execute a cross-functional business plan aligned to brand strategy Drive a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvement Keep up to speed on developments in the respective therapeutic areas Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access. About you? To be successful, you’ll be an experiences sales leader within the pharmaceutical and/or medical space, with experience in tactical implementation of brand strategy executed through an aligned team. You’ll also possess: A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education Excellent business acumen with strong business planning capabilities Effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders Why join us?
