Supportive management and team that will encourage you to continually improve your skills An opportunity to join a leading Early Childhood Education centre About the Role: Be an active member in the leadership team Part of the succession plan for future leadership roles. Able to cover on the floor where needed and step in, in the absence of the 2IC or Centre Manager. Support with account management through the XAP system Conduct and/or set up tours with new families Prioritise tasks, focus on answering phones, checking emails, filing, maintaining records and walk-in queries Available to work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience early childhood education will be beneficial. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively to both children and adults. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA. A current and valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one. First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
